We all need meaningful interactions in our lives. Right now, teams who are working remotely need to be a bit more creative in how they approach these interactions and stay connected.
This week I’m focusing on two simple and fun remote team building ideas that you can try this Friday afternoon…
1) Draw the picture!
This is a communication game where someone describes a picture, everyone draws what they hear, and then everyone shares their artwork.
2) Match the fact to the colleague (the quirkier the fact the better!)
Everyone offers up their own fact to a nominated person on the team. These facts are gathered and then shared by the nominated person with the wider team. People have to guess which fact belongs to which team member.
Having fun together is such an important part of creating a happy, healthy and productive workforce. Keep the games fun and light (and clean) and you will give everyone the chance to stay connected and have a shared positive experience.
